HOW TO BOOK A STAY?

You can also use the booking engine on the hotel website to go through the entire process yourself – from choosing a room and the date of your stay, through additional services, to your booking confirmation and a deposit transfer. It is also possible to make the booking using the hotel application, which can be installed HERE.

After deciding the details of the stay in the hotel application, the Guest fills in the necessary data to make a booking, and next receives a confirmation of the booking in the application, along with the obligation to pay a deposit of 30%. The payment procedure is the same as by phone and email, except that in this case the Guest can use a fast online payment or a credit card payment. Settlement of the rest of the payment for the stay is done at the hotel Front Office. It can be paid cash in PLN or by credit card. During check-in at the hotel the Guest is also required to pay a tourist tax, for each day of stay, amounting to 2,80 PLN/person.

HOW TO CANCEL THE BOOKING?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Following all the necessary cancellation conditions of the booking with a right to a refund, the money will be refunded to your bank account within 21 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In cases of unforeseen circumstances requiring the cancellation of the reservation within less than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposited advance payment can be utilized for another date than originally planned - up to 3 months from the date of this stay - only in the event of selling released spots. The unforeseen event must be documented. Changing the reservation date due to special unforeseen events is possible only once. Each situation is considered individually, and after changing the reservation, the terms become non-refundable without the possibility of changing the date.

Yes. Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA offers two types of vouchers – quota and stay vouchers. Both of them are perfect gifts for relatives and business partners.
WHAT IS A QUOTA VOUCHER?
A quota voucher offers the gift recipient full freedom in deciding on the time and method of its use. It includes the Guest’s name and surname, the value of the gift in PLN and the expiry date. However, it does not include any specific date of stay or the standard of a hotel room and additional services, such as SPA treatments. Therefore, the voucher recipient can choose a convenient date of arrival and departure or decide to spend the voucher quota only in the SPA or a restaurant. WHAT IS A STAY VOUCHER?
A stay voucher clearly specifies the date and type of your stay. It is worth for the voucher buyer to know whether the person who receives it will be able to stay in the hotel at the chosen dates of arrival and departure. An advantage of the stay voucher is full coverage of the hotel stay costs, which means that the Guest does not bear the expenses of the hotel service, however, can purchase additional services offered by the hotel (SPA, restaurant, lobby bar), if the voucher does not include them. The hotel offers many rooms with mountain and forest views, but it is not possible to book such a room. However, it is worth expressing this preference when making the booking or at any time prior to your arrival at the hotel, but the hotel does not guarantee meeting it. IS THE SECTION FOR KIDS SEPARATED AT THE SWIMMING POOL?
Yes, in the swimming pool area there is a separate, cosy paddling pool for smaller and bigger kids – 50 cm deep and 34 degrees Celsius water temperature. The pool is equipped with geysers and its water is ozonized, so it does not irritate the eyes like chlorinated water does. Right next to the pool basin there are sunbeds where adults can rest, watching over the little ones.
ARE THERE ANY ANIMATIONS FOR KIDS?
Throughout the year, the hotel offers animations organized by the qualified animators. Most of these activities are free of charge, but on some occasions, e.g. New Year’s Eve Party for Children, an additional fee is required per each participant.
