Platinum Mountain is close to trails, but also close to restaurants in Szklarska. The rooms are carefully cleaned. Staff. The food was delicious. It really impresses with the quality and number of options! The parking lot is large and everyone will certainly find a place for themselves.

The staff is not overwhelming. Everyone cares about the comfort of guests. I can see the changes, because three years ago the lady at the reception did not have a shadow of a smile and at the check-out there was not even "welcome again". And now it was all there - a smile, a thank you, and a nice goodbye. Very friendly service. I'm glad it's better.

In the 3-person room, no bedding for the 3rd person, no 3rd bathrobe, no coupons for welcome drinks for the silver card holder. In the second 2-person room, everything is for 5. Cleanliness in the room and in the hotel as always very good. Unfortunately, during this trip I left a certain amount of money on the table, which I forgot to take when packing and leaving the room. I reported it by phone to the reception desk after my return, but I did not get any information about the finding. Perhaps the staff treated it as a tip. This does not change the fact that I will continue to be your guest.

Dzień Dobry, niestety ale poziom hotelu lekko się zniża. Recepcja bez zarzutu natomiast przygotowanie pokoju słabo. Zamówione 2 rezerwacje na 2 pokoje. 3 osobowy i dwu osobowy. W 3 osobowym brak pościeli dla 3 osoby, brak 3 szlafroka, brak kuponów na powitalne drinki dla posiadacza srebrnej karty. W drugim 2 osobowym wszystko na 5. Czystość w pokoju i w hotelu jak zawsze bardzo dobrze. Niestety podczas tego wyjazdu zostawiłem na stole pewną sumę pieniędzy którą przy pakowaniu i opuszczaniu pokoju zapomniałem zabrać. Zgłosiłem po powrocie telefonicznie w recepcji ale nie uzyskałem informacji o odnalezieniu. Być może obsługa potraktowała to jako napiwek. Nie zmienia to faktu że nadal będę państwa gościem.

Hotel godny polecenia. Bardzo czysty, że smacznym jedzeniem, dosyc pokaźna i dobrze utrzymana strefa SPA oraz miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Również atutem dla Nas była lokalizacja hotelu. Jedyną sugestią z mojej strony byłoby dołożenie ilości sprzętu w strefie fitness. Mimo że ogromnym plusem jest to że można z niej korzystać przez całą dobę to jednak brakuje tam tego sprzętu i uważam że już jeden skromny atlas zrobił by duża różnicę tym bardziej że jest tam na niego miejsce. Poza tym wszystko super. Polecam!

In general, it was nice but there was no craze, we came back after a few years and I think we remembered the hotel better. The handling is great and there is nothing to improve here, but unfortunately you can already see the traces of wear and tear :) We will start from the very bottom. The kids club always ran out of water cups in the morning, the vending machine itself probably also got clogged and the gentlemen came to fix it. However, they did not drain the water after the repair and so much limescale sediment that floated in the children's cups is a slight exaggeration. The animation board does not work and overheats and turns off when it is turned on. At the pool, most of the showers in the men's locker room squirt for 5 seconds when turned on.... So either you remember which ones work for a long time or you have to stand and click like crazy to rinse yourself. At the children's pool, half of the squirting animals do not work. In saunas, we just happened to come across sessions that blocked a particular cabin for over an hour. Half an hour was airing, the next half was an introduction, and everything was great and cool, but not at 7-9 p.m. when there was the biggest siege because the hours for children had just ended. The food is tasty, but finding cutlery or some individual cups without a map is impossible. Everything is arranged all over the room and you have to look for a spoon for coffee, for a smaller plastic spoon for a child for cakes and a large one for soup. 1 elevator to all attractions and many times we chose the stairs even to go down 3 floors with a small child, but this is the least of the problems, but I mention. You can see stains, cracks and damage in the corridors, which reduces the elite appearance of the hotel. The shower cabin did not close completely and this plastic drain flap was falling out and making noise all the time, and if the bathroom was closed, you could smell the "sewer". Overall it was nice but not fantastic

Ogólnie fajnie ale szału nie było, wróciliśmy po paru latach i chyba lepiej pamiętaliśmy hotel. Obsługa super i tu nie ma nic do poprawy, ale niestety widać już ślady eksploatacyjne :) zaczniemy od samgo dołu. W kids clubie zawsze rano brakowalo kubeczków do wody, sam automat też sie zapchał prawdopodobnie i panowie przyszli go naprawić. Jednak nie spuścili wody po naprawie i tyle osadu z kamienia co pływało kubeczkach dla dzieci to lekka przesada. Tablica animacyjna nie działa i przy włączeniu przegrzewa się i wyłącza. Na basenie wiekszość pryszniców w meskiej szatni po włączeniu tryska przez 5 sekund .... wiec albo pamieta sie któe działają długo albo trzeba stać i klikac jak szalony aby sie opłukać. Na basenie dla dzieci połowa tryskających zwierzaków nie działa. W saunach trafiliśmy akurat na seanse które blokowały przez ponad godzine poszczególna kabinę. Pół godziny sie wietrzyła, nastepne pół było wprowadzenie, i wszystko super i fajnie ale nie w godzinach 19-21 kiedy było najwieksze oblężenie bo własnie skonczyły sie godziny dla dzieci. Jedzenie smaczne jednak znalezienie sztućców czy jakis poszczególnych kubeczków bez mapy ani rusz. I was still without a towel and the opportunity to take a shower. Eventually, I took a shower at the pool. The standard in saunas is unspecified: information that you should enter naked, and then everyone enters inside in clothes. The reception was not able to answer simple questions: whether we will get a meal after 9 p.m. in a restaurant located in a separate building, what are the hours of operation of the bike/ski rental (the answer was wrong because the bikes are only available from April 1 and the rental is temporarily closed). Damaged tea/coffee cups, uneven cutlery (a huge knife and a small fork) The lady asked at breakfast where I can get cutlery for breakfast only replied that they should be lying somewhere in the room, but she doesn't know where. Queues to check out of the hotel, which can be easily eliminated and it is not understandable to me that the hotel does nothing about it, and this is not how it should look like 5 stars. In general, each inquiry to the service was met with a lack of professionalism, and it is this aspect that should distinguish a 5-star hotel, not the availability of weight in the room.

Na minus poziom obsługi, który jest bardziej na dwie a nie pięć gwiazdek. Basen: obsługa zamiast witać słowami dzień dobry i uprzejmym zapytaniem odpytuje tylko: jaki numer pokoju. Sprzątanie poziom bardzo słaby. Pierwszego dnia ręczniki nie wymienione, drugiego dnia po ich użyciu pozostawiłam je na podłodze w celu wymiany, po powrocie z gór zastałam je w tym samym miejscu, zadzwoniłam na recepcję z prośbą o dostarczenie ręczników z informacją że wróciłam z gór i chciałabym wziąć prysznic, po 20 minutach zeszłam osobiście na recepcję i pani mnie powiadomiła że zgłosiła w aplikacji usatysfakcjonowana ze swoją pracę wykonała... Ja byłam nadal bez ręcznika i możliwości wzięcia prysznica. Ostatecznie wzięłam prysznic na basenie. Standard w saunach bliżej nieokreślony: informacja że należy wchodzić nago po czym w środku wszyscy wchodzą w strojach. Recepcja nie była w stanie odpowiedzieć na proste pytania: czy po 21 dostaniemy posiłek w restauracji znajdującej się w osobnym budynku, w jakich godzinach działa wypożyczalnia rowerów/nart (uzyskana odpowiedź była błędna bo rowery są dopiero od 1 kwietnia i wypożyczalnia chwilowo nie działa). Uszczerbione kubki do herbaty/kawy, nierówne sztućce( ogromny nóż i mały widelec) Pani zapytana na śniadaniu gdzie mogę dostać sztućce na śniadanie odpowiedziała mi tylko że gdzieś na sali powinny leżeć, ale ona nie wie gdzie. Kolejki do wymeldowania z hotelu, które można zniwelować w prosty sposób i nie jest dla mnie zrozumiałe, że hotel z tym nic nie robi, a bynajmniej nie tak powinno to wyglądać na 5 gwiazdek. Ankieta w tv z zapytaniem o szybkość obslugi. W 5 gwiazdkach nie powinno chodzić o szybkość obsługi a o jej jakość. Generalnie każdorazowe zapytanie do obsługi spotkało się z brakiem profesjonalizmu, a to właśnie ten aspekt powinien wyróżniać hotel z 5 gwiazdkami, a nie dostępność wagi w pokoju.

The restaurant where breakfasts and dinners are served is open to the public, which results in a large crowd, very loud noise, and lack of free tables. Swimming pool and playroom also occupied throughout the day. I don't understand how you can write about a stay in a hotel of such a standard, when in reality it is more like a stay in public eateries or at municipal swimming pools (one day we were even taken towels from sunbeds). The room equipment also raises many objections - old, in some places torn bathrobes; the coffee brewing set is a kettle (and the Smeg company does not compensate for the overall impression) and instant coffee in a bag, where small capsule coffee machines are now standard: the room is equipped with a small table (with a leg unscrewed) and two chairs, so you can drink coffee on the bed when poured with water. In addition, we had two rooms in which the other room was very cold (there was a gentleman from the staff to correct it, but he said that it would take time for the room to heat up). A small bathroom with a shower with a shower tray and without a rain shower. After 5 days spent in this hotel, we came back tired of the constant noise, the number of people. It was not the rest we expected.

Restauracja w której serwowane są śniadania oraz obiadokolacje jest ogólnodostępna, co skutkuje wielkim tłokiem, bardzo dużym hałasem, brakiem wolnych stolików. Basen oraz sala zabaw okupowane również przez cały dzień. Nie rozumiem, jak można pisać o pobycie w hotelu o takim standardzie podczas gdy w rzeczywistości przypomina on bardziej pobyt w ogólnodostępnych jadłodajniach lub na miejskich basenach (jednego dnia zabrano nam nawet ręczniki z leżaków). Wyposażenie pokoju również budzi wiele zastrzeżeń - stare, w niektórych miejscach podarte szlafroki; zestaw do parzenia kawy to czajnik (i firma Smeg czajnika nie wynagradza ogólnego wrażenia) i kawa rozpuszczalna w torebce, gdzie obecnie standardem są już małe ekspresy kapsułkowe: wyposażenie pokoju to mały stolik (z odkręconą nogą) oraz dwa krzesełka zatem zalaną wodą kawę można wypić na łóżku. Dodatkowo mieliśmy dwa pokoje, w którym w drugim pokoju było bardzo zimno (był Pan z obsługi aby poprawić to ale stwierdził że potrzeba czasu, żeby pokój się nagrzał). Mała łazienka z prysznicem z brodzikiem oraz bez deszczownicy. Po 5 dniach spędzonych w tym hotelu wróciliśmy zmęczeni ciągłym hałasem, ilością ludzi. Nie był to wypoczynek, którego oczekiwaliśmy.

The hotel functions in combination with apartments in separate buildings, which causes a terrible commotion during meals, crowds, and even opening a second room does not help much, because there are not enough places during rush hours anyway and you have to wait in front of the entrance. Cleaning in the rooms - for a 5-star hotel - is unfortunately a failure. We stayed in a premium apartment, which the service looked into casually - in the afternoon, just to replenish drinks and throw out the garbage. During the 7 days of my stay, no one washed the paddling pool, toilet seat, changed the bedding and vacuumed the room (where there is a lot of sand on the shoes in winter). This probably does not require further comment.

Hotel ma wiele ciekawych nowoczesnych rozwiązań, udogodnień dla rodzin z dziećmi, na pewno baseny są dużym plusem, oferta food jest bardzo dobra, smaczna, urozmaicona, ale jest też niestety sporo niedociągnięć w zarządzaniu: Sala zabaw jest pozostawiona bez nadzoru, co skutkuje bardzo dużym bałaganem, zabawki są częściowo popsute, brudne, a w części ze stolikami ciągle zalegają kubki z dystrybutora wody, których w ciągu dnia nikt nie sprząta. Hotel funkcjonuje w połączeniu z apartamentami w oddzielnych budynkach, co powoduje, że na posiłkach jest straszne zamieszanie, ścisk, tłok, i nawet uruchomienie drugiej sali niewiele pomaga, ponieważ i tak w godzinach szczytu brakuje miejsc i trzeba czekać przed wejściem. Sprzątanie w pokojach - jak na hotel 5-gwiazdkowy - to niestety porażka. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie premium, do którego serwis zaglądał jak od niechcenia - popołudniu, tylko na uzupełnienie napojów i wyrzucenie śmieci. Przez 7 dni pobytu nikt nie umył brodzika, sedesu, nikt nie zmienił pościeli i nie odkurzył pokoju (gdzie zimą piachu na butach jest sporo). To nie wymaga już chyba dalszego komentarza.

Naprawdę dobre śniadania z różnorodnymi opcjami i przepysznym pieczywem. Czystość na 5 z plusem. Sala zabaw dla dzieci jest bardzo ciekawa. W hotelu wiele atrakcji. Super spa i basen. Pobyt w Platinum Mountain był miły, sama Szklarska Poręba jest śliczna. Miła obsługa, niczego nam nie brakowało.

I understand money, we will spend less than, for example, 5 people at a larger table (although unfortunately I will eat for 3 myself), but it was 21. Time to close... And I would still survive it if it wasn't for the fact that in the bar and hotel you won't eat anything but fat. There was not even cheese. The bar was also a good situation, because we waited 35 minutes for someone to come, we asked the lady if we could order pizza there, the lady was supposed to come back with an answer and she didn't come back. Water in a restaurant spilled on the floor for 40 minutes, no one cleaned it up. I came back hoping that what was 2 years ago is what I fell in love with in this place, but everywhere the quality goes down, with more and more per day.

Byliśmy ostatnio 3 lata temu albo 2 - nie pamiętam - hotel nas zachwycił , a obecnie…średnio. W pokoju przekomiczna sytuacja z tym że jak ogrzewanie się włączało to światło się nie włączało w pokoju, problem z telewizorem który na szczęście został naprawiony, w toalecie spłuczka ta co daje mniejszą wodę nie działała, brudne ściany w sypialni, sala zabaw dla dzieci - interaktywna mata nie działająca, animatorek na sali zabaw zero - za to mogę pochwalić animacje na basenie, ale w porównaniu do poprzedniego pobytu o wiele gorzej. Hitem jest jednak sytuacja w piatti gdzie o 21 pomimo wolnych stolików nas nie wpuszczono bo nas tylko 3 była…rozumiem pieniądz, wydamy mniej niż np 5 osób przy większym stoliku (chociaż niestety sam zjem za 3), ale to była 21. Godzina do zamknięcia…i jeszcze bym to przeżył gdyby nie to że w barze a hotelu nic oprócz na tłusto się nie zje. Nawet serków nie było. Bar też dobra sytuacja bo 35min czekaliśmy aż ktoś podejdzie, spytaliśmy pani czy tam możemy pizzę zamówić pani miała wrócić z odpowiedzią i no ten nie wróciła. Woda w restauracji rozlana na podłodze przez 40 min, nikt jej nie posprzątał. Wróciłem z nadzieją że to co było 2 lata temu to jest to w czym się zakochałem w tym miejscu ale jednak wszędzie jakość idzie w dół, z coraz to większymi za dobę.

Pobyt taki sobie jak na 5 ⭐️ to bardzo słabo: Sprzątanie pokoju codziennie jakoś tego nie zauważyłem mimo że nie wywieszałem kartki proszę nie sprzątać na 4 osobową rodzinę dostawałem tylko 2 wody skoro jest nas 4 to powinny być chyba 4 wody chyba że to z oszczędności, program fajnie wyświetlany w telewizorze ale po niedzieli nie zaktualizowany więc wyświetla się stary 😭 Jedzenie 🥘 każdego dnia coś innego ale na obiadokolacji zabrakło soków dla dzieci i od obsługi usłyszałem o godz. 18 że się skończyły dopiero interwencja u menadżera poskutkowała tym że soki się znalazły 🤦‍♂️ Kolejki w weekend aby dostać stolik na śniadanie oczekiwanie z 10 minut nigdzie się z tym nie spotkałem 😱 Na pewno tam nie wrócimy, niektóre hotele mają 4 ⭐️ i przewyższają ten hotel o kolejnych 🔟 ⭐️

I also recommend the pools, although you have to take into account that there may be crowds at some times. Very helpful people at the reception, any problem was solved immediately. The animations, which the children were also able to use as a plus, came back satisfied. The only thing missing was information at the beginning that you had to sign up for them, moreover, some animations were so busy that it was not possible to enroll children even one day in advance. Cleaning the rooms was quite superficial, so I would work on this issue. There was a game room, with paid slot machines, where children spent a nice time. You could think about billiards or table football, preferably included in the price of your stay. There were also no massages for children, despite the hotel typically focused on families with children. Please treat this as a guideline, because we plan to return to this hotel:-) I recommend it!

Hotel bardzo fajny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, korzystaliśmy zarówno ze śniadań jak i z obiadokolacji. Baseny też polecam, chociaż trzeba wziąć pod uwagę, że mogą być tłumy w niektórych godzinach. Bardzo pomocne osoby w recepcji, każdy problem był natychmiast rozwiązywany. Animacje, z których udało się skorzystać dzieciom także na plus, wróciły zadowolone. Brakło jedynie informacji na początku, że trzeba się na nie zapisywać, ponadto na niektóre animacje było tak duże obłożenie, że nawet z jedniodniowym wyprzedzeniem nie udało się zapisać dzieci. Sprzątanie pokoi było dość powierzchowne, więc popracowałabym nad tą kwestią. Był game room, z płatnymi automatami, w którym dzieci spędziły fajny czas. Można by pomyśleć nad bilardem czy piłkarzykami, najlepiej w cenie pobytu. Nie było także masaży dla dzieci, mimo hotelu typowo nastawionego na rodziny z dziećmi. Proszę potraktować to jako wskazówki, gdyż mamy w planach powrót do tego hotelu:-) Polecam!

Everywhere is very clean and pleasant. You can see that the staff is trying very hard. Ladies very nice, smiling, what I didn't ask for, I got it without any problem. ❤️💯

Dużym plusem hotelu są śniadania i obiadokolacje. Pyszne i pożywne posiłki. Codziennie coś innego serwowane więc naprawdę jest w czym wybierać. Wszystko pyszne świeże na najwyższym poziomie. Zarówno dzieci jak i dorośli zachwyceni. Strefa basenowa i sauny to zdecydowanie mocny atut tego hotelu. Można tu naprawdę odpocząć. Obsługa jest po prostu genialna. Pomocna, uprzejma i taktowna. Zdecydowanie jeden przyjemniejszych hoteli w Szklarskiej, w którym miałam przyjemność spędzić urlop. Wszędzie bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Widać, że obsługa bardzo się stara. Panie bardzo sympatyczce uśmiechnięte o co nie poprosiłam to bez żadnego problemu dostałam. ❤️💯
