sauna ceremonies and rituals
- Sauna ceremonies with a sauna master in a dry sauna take place in 15-minute rounds.
During the Ceremony, the Sauna Master uses essential oils, carefully selected music and various fanning techniques with a towel or fan, using which he spreads aromatic steam throughout the sauna. Each Ceremony is conducted in a different atmosphere, using different scents and music.
- Rituals in the steam sauna take place in a 45-minute round.
The ritual in the Steam Sauna consists of two entries into the sauna. Upon first entry, guests receive a coffee scrub and apply it according to the instructor's instructions. After resting, guests enter the steam sauna for the second time with green clay. Cosmetics are applied to the face and body.

Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA is pet-friendly. It is possible to stay in the rooms with a pet.
For the sake of allergy sufferers, the number of rooms designated for stays with animals is limited, therefore the stay with a dog or cat should be reported at the stage of booking.
Staying with a pet is only possible in a Comfort Plus 5* room (rooms are located on level 0) and in the Suites (in a separate building).
A fee of PLN 50 per night is payable for the stay of a four-legged pet. Failure to declare the stay of a pet at check-in will result in an additional charge of PLN 500 for the Guest. A pet is allowed in the hotel garden and in the Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar. The presence of an animal in the gastronomic, SPA and Wellness areas is prohibited. It is compulsory for the owner of the animal to have its health booklet with up-to-date vaccinations, including against rabies. A leash is also compulsory.
