Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA is a perfect place to organize conferences, trainings and business meetings. The MICE sector offers a modern conference center, the portfolio of which includes 4 spacious conference rooms, with modern audiovisual and multimedia equipment (screen, projector, sound system), with access to daylight and a beautiful view of the forest. Their modular structure allows us to arrange conference rooms in 10 ways, and soundproof partition walls allow for several events to be held simultaneously at the same time, ensuring comfort to the participants of each of them.

The Ametyst Premium room (430 m2) is the largest conference space located on the ground floor of the hotel, just behind the reception. Convenient access to it and its height of 3.30 m make practically any arrangement possible.

The Ametyst Premium room, created from a combination of 4 rooms with a lobby bar, is a multifunctional business space that allows you to organize a conference for up to 385 people (theater arrangement), or a gala for 180 people (banquet arrangement). It is the main element of the Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA conference center. A beautiful view and access to daylight and an exit directly to the forest terrace from the side of the hotel garden are the indispensable advantages of organizing a meeting or event in this place. The conference room is fully air-conditioned, and each of its parts can be set in any configuration, depending on the organizer’s needs.

The portfolio also includes a small room – ideal for small board meetings or training for groups of 10. The room is air-conditioned, its standard equipment includes a flipchart and a multimedia screen, which facilitates teleconferences or online meetings.

We also provide our atmospheric Regionalne Talerze Restaurant for meetings. Its spacious interiors will ensure the comfort of every celebration, and the amazing character of this place is complemented by the original design with regional ceramics on the walls. It is the perfect place to organize banquets, family celebrations or weddings for up to 200 people.

The advantage of the conference space is its location on the ground floor of the hotel, right behind the reception and near the Regional Talerze Restaurant and Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar. This solution allows you to organize an event, a business meeting at the same time in several places for up to 450 people. Using the entire space of the hotel’s ground floor, several meetings of different nature can be arranged at the same time.

As part of the Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA business offer, meeting organizers have at their disposal a conference room in a selected arrangement, modern audiovisual equipment, wireless internet access and additional equipment such as: a stage, rostrum, platform, according to the organizer’s wishes and needs.

At every stage of organizing a meeting or implementing a given event, the meeting organizer is in contact with a dedicated MICE coordinator.

We work with trusted and proven subcontractors in the field of: decoration, lighting, sound system, simultaneous translation, photography, or additional attractions for spending free time.

Our team consists of experienced MICE coordinators, dedicated to each group. They comprehensively organize each meeting at its every stage, from the preparation of the calculation and schedule of the stay, through its implementation and comprehensive execution. They are present throughout the event to coordinate the meeting on site.

Our MICE coordinators are people with many years of experience in organizing events of various format and sizes. Depending on the demand, after conducting a comprehensive conversation, we will enrich the offer with additional services that make the stay more attractive, provided by the hotel or external companies cooperating with us.

Our chef has prepared a special business menu, which includes both standard coffee breaks, as well as breaks dedicated to the Fit menu or a menu in the form of snacks. Each of them can be prepared both inside and outside the conference room.

Business Lunch

Depending on the size of the group and the time it has at its disposal, we offer both two-course business lunches, served dinners, and rich lunch buffets with a wide range of dishes to choose from. We also offer finger food and a snack menu.

Dinners

To make your meeting unforgettable, we offer the Karkonosze barbecue dinners, atmospheric bonfires as well as banquet and occasional dinners with an exquisite menu.

Team building and activities for business groups

The advantage of Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA is its top location in Szklarska Poręba, in the picturesque scenery of the Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains, under the Szrenica peak and only a 10-minute walk from the SkiArena Szrenica ski area. This gives great opportunities for organizing free time, team building or team building activities outdoors like guided tours or bicycle trips. Beautiful natural landscapes, picturesque hiking trails, crystalline streams, waterfalls, unique skiing conditions, both downhill and cross-country, and bicycle paths of varying difficulty allow you to organize a company meeting full of interesting activities.

The program of field games and outdoor activities includes:

• Bóbr rafting: We propose 3 routes. 4km (about 45-50 minutes), 6km (about 1-1.5 hours) and 10km (about 2 hours). Time and route selection largely depend on the water level in the Bóbr River. The routes wind through the beautiful Bóbr Valley Landscape Park, which forms the picturesque Natura 2000 area.

• Walloon struggle: The field game brings the hardships of the old Walloons. The participants of the game will be waiting, among others a task related to finding Walloon signs, searching for metal deposits, casting a coin, as well as solving a number of logic puzzles and agility competitions that former treasure hunters in the Sudetes struggled with. Participants walk with a guide on the most beautiful hiking trails around Szklarska Poręba.

• Company Olympics: This is a proposal for fans of competition and good, active fun. Collage of agility and logical struggles. The dynamic scenario is as much about competition as it is about collaboration.

• Bicycle tours: We offer bicycle tours along the beautiful forest routes in the Karkonosze foothills of various difficulty levels and lengths.

• Guided bus tours: sightseeing of the Czech Republic and Czech Breweries with local beer tasting, Skalne Miasto, Prague and more.

The program of indoor classes includes, among others:

• Tasting of local spirits (liqueurs, beers and nalewka) interwoven with stories about regional legends.

• Cuban evening is a “cubana fiesta” with hot salsa rhythms, where music, dance, the smell of cigars, Cuban rum and hot atmosphere provide a lot of unforgettable impressions.

• Mobile Escape Room: rooms full of puzzles with a story about various topics.

For business guests of Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA, we offer both hotel rooms in an atmospheric, luxurious 5 * hotel, as well as apartments with private saunas in the 4 * standard, located in the resort. This allows groups to be accommodated flexibly based on their preferences. We suggest hotel accommodation to training groups, which allows you to find the conference room and restaurant in one place. For integration groups, we offer our fully equipped Apartments.
